In this episode I talk with, Ted Phaeton. Ted is an Anchor/Meteorologist at Fox Carolina in Greenville, South Carolina.
In this episode we covered a lot of subjects. Business, nutrition, fitness, morning routines, social media, employment, and much more. One of the main points we touched on was the importance of being happy.
Ted is one of the those I am referring to when I talk about being around people that make me want to do better.
This was a really fun podcast, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

In this episode I talk with Sarah Rhodes.
Sarah often gets labeled as a nutritionist. While she is extremely knowledgeable in that area, her understand of the human body is much deeper.
Like most of us she has had her share of ups and downs. The person these struggles have made her is simply beautiful. I was very lucky to get a chance to sit and talk with her. We stopped at 2.5 hours but I could have gone all day. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did. I truly believe there is something for everyone on this one.

Tips to be more productive, procrastinate less, and avoid distractions. To get the most out of your time on this earth, you MUST maximize your time.

In this episode I talk with Amber Jones.
Amber is a successful owner of multiple businesses. For those that don't know, Amber she can be very shy. So much so that she tried to take her own life, luckily it didn't work, and she didn't say anything about it until recently. This is the first time she has talked about this publicly. I know that can't be an easy thing to do but we both felt it was important.
If you struggle with depression, please seek professional help. Talk to someone. Don't try to deal with it on own. Definitely don't let things get so bad you think about taking your own life.
If either of us can help you, please let us know!

I Hate Monday.
June 4, 2018
We have all heard it. "I hate Monday" "It's a Monday". This is a weak excuse for you not being at 100%. Successful people don't say things like that.
Listen to this episode for a few tips on taking back control of you Monday.

In this episode I talk with Jennie Gettys.
Jennie is a chiropractor who practices in Greenville, SC. She is a positive ball of energy. I learned a lot talking to her including some issues I have going on with my body. I plan to see her for a full evaluation and treatment, I'll keep you posted on that.
We talked about bad habits people have that are damaging their bodies. Foods to avoid. Proper shoes. Creaky joints and much much more. I learned a lot and hope you do as well.

In this episode I talk with Alison Stall.
Besides being an elite athlete, Alison is super rad young lady.
We talked about so much in the episode. CrossFit obviously, isn't that all that Crossfitter's talk about? Kidding. We talked about the good, the bad, and everything in between. I picked Alison's brain on nutrition, fitness, and recovery.
With all the time she spends in the gym, Alison has built quite the impressive physique. This draws a lot of attention for her and it's not always positive. We talked about that and women who "don't wanna look like a man"
This was an incredibly fun and thought provoking podcast. Alison is one those people that make you want to be better just by being around them.

Million Dollar Goals, Minimum Wage Work Ethic
March 30, 2018
Does your work ethic have you on track to reach your big goals?
According to the poll I did, for 35% of you (I'd say its more), the answer is no.
Your mindset has a lot to do with that. The mind is a very powerful tool when you have it set the right way.
The company you choose to surround yourself with is also a big deciding factor in your ability to reach goals.
I'll give you 3 steps in this episode that will help keep you on track for success.

In this episode I talk with THE Rudy Reyes.
This guy is a never ending ball of energy that bounces in so many directions. This man is a very decorated Marine, actor, author, fitness mentor, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur. Simply put he's an all around bad mother fucker and a beautiful human being.
We talked about so much in the episode. Philosophies on life and business. Training and nutrition. Religion. We also touched on the veteran community and their struggles after returning home. Rudy has experienced some dark days himself but is living proof that fucking ANYTHING is possible when you win the battle against the inner demons.
This was an incredibly fun and thought provoking podcast. Rudy is one those guys that makes you enjoy every second you're around them.

Jonathan Willis - Farm Fresh Fast
March 9, 2018
I honestly could have talked to Jonathan all day, we kinda did that.
This was only my second time speaking with him and our first time actually meeting. When you spend 3 hours straight talking to someone, completely uninterrupted at that, you really get to know them. What I found out is that Jonathan is a solid human being. You'll be able to pick up a lot of the cues I did when you listen to this episode. I'm honestly not sure if he's 100% aware of how selfless a lot of the things he is doing are.
I've eaten at his restaurant and it absolutely lives up to the hype surrounding it. We talked in great detail about sourcing food, operating a business, staying motivated, fitness, supplements, other podcasts we enjoy. Man you cover a LOT of ground in a 3 hour window. I hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I did.
If you'd like to learn more about his restaurant you can find it here. eatfarmfreshfast.com

You Are The One Who's In Charge
February 15, 2018
Short and Direct.
You are the mother fucker in charge. Not your job, your boss, your partner, your parents, or anyone else. Also not the shit that has happened to you.
Moral of the rant. Stop saying "one day". Stop saying "I don't want to go to work today". Stop buying shit you can't afford. Stop doing all the shit that sucks the life out of you. Stop waiting on retirement. Start living YOUR life for YOU!
