In this episode I talk about the basics of nutrition and exercise. As you probably know there is a LOT of misinformation out there on both subjects. There is no magic pill and I don't know that there ever will be. Same goes for diet, there is no magic shortcut. The diets you see your friends do may be working for them but may be bad for you. Why? Well look at your lifestyle. Is it the same? Do they get up, go work a desk job, and then just come home and relax? If so their nutrition demands will be much different than someone who works a physical job and got stop the gym every evening.

Take the time to do your research. Jumping into anything uneducated especially when it comes to diet and exercise is a really bad idea.
